Didier Sourisseau has been promoted to vice president of the worldwide specialty packaging business. He previously served as sales and marketing director in Europe and North America for that segment and has been chosen to replace Nicholas Mullen, who will be retiring later this year.

Raymond L. McGowan, Jr. has been promoted to president of Crown Holdings’ North American packaging business.
